Daily Dinner thread?

Upside down Poke bowl. Tuna marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, Gochujang, pureed garlic, green onion, and a splash of rice wine vinegar. I load the bottom of the bowl with the tuna, add a layer of sliced avocado, then top with Jasmine rice. A sprinkle of Furikake seasoning and it's done. It is delicious.

That reminds me, I'm out of furikake! Have you tried the Wasabi flavor? It's 🔥
 
A few days ago I fired up the Blackstone. I haven't used it in over a year...when I was moving it, I got one caster off the concrete and flipped the thing over in the yard while it was lit. So it's got a dent on the backside and it's racked (out of square) now but oh well, it still works like a champ.

Sliced some pork loin into thick chops, cabbage, onion and bacon

On the RecTec, lemon pepper wings, corn on cob, and coleslaw. Drank my last BlueMoon and now have a Scofflaw Basement Pog in the cozy. Might be pics depending on how many Scofflaws I have.😁
