My old landlord called and asked me if he should buy his cousin's old TDI Jetta wagon not long ago. It's around an 04 model. I told him the TDI models were the ONLY current VW cars I'd consider owning. But of course it's an automatic that needs transmission work. But when he found out he could make biodiesel he was off and running with it.Sold my Golf and picked this up:
I was going to get a full size truck but caved and got another VW diesel. This one has the panoramic roof and a whole bunch of other goodies. Taking it in this week to get it tuned and then I'll install the dpf delete this weekend. Also got my official dieselgate sticker :

Front end leveling or a lift, I get. But I have no idea why these guys run a truck with the rear end like that.It's called "squatting" and I have no clue why people do it.
