Daisy model 499b for my 9 year old

My 9 year old daughter wants to participate in local competitive bb gun shooting that's put on by the local 4H club. Wondering if anyone has a daisy model 499b gun that is taking up extra space. She's never done any shooting just held a few of my firearms here and there. Her eye sight isn't very good so we're not sure how she's gonna like it but she wants to try. So, does anyone have a used daisy model 499b that they would be willing to let go of so she can learn learn the sport. Willing to pay cash or have stuff I can trade. Let's help someone get started in the sport at a young age

I thoroughly appreciate it but they have to be the model 499b, everyone has to use the same one. We're practicing with a little daisy we already have. Thanks again!!

Have you checked with your local 4-H office? If they are willing to order directly from Daisy you can save some money over buying retail. The best price new I found at retail was a bit over $130. Our local office has been able to get them for about $90 + shipping by ordering direct from Daisy. I know it's not a huge amount but it does help.

Yes, Ii think so. I do know that you have to call them to get it, it doesn't apply to online orders. Tell them that your daughter is going to participate in the 4-H bb program and you should receive the discount.
