May have to jump on this. Never seen them that low before.
I know DD makes good stuff but they aren't HP tested and they don't specify what steel was used on the carrier or the bolt. Nice price for a Daniel Defense stamped bcg tho.
According to DD they are.
I'm sure your right. It's probably the way they're listed on Primary Arms, but it says HP tested - No. Doesn't list the steel there like it does on various other ones. Probably just the way it's listed.

Assuming it is HPT/MPI and 8620/158 steel, I prefer coated for cleaning purposes. It's so much easier to clean a NiB/TiN/nitrided bcg that I'd rather go that route. So I can get a NiB premium one for less. Just makes more sense to me personally. If you want a DD one specifically though, this is a good price.
