Danner has a big sale at the moment

The US made ones are good and will last. The cheap ones that are made in a sweat shop overseas are just like pretty much every other brand that is also. Your mileage may vary.
I'll wear mine weed eating on my property. If I get 2-3 summers use out of them, that'll be good enough.
Just an update on this,
The Danner San Angelo square toe snake boot that I originally ordered, are working out great with no sign of wear. I do Highly recommend a boot jack to take them off though. One great thing with them is I can use them in really hot weather relatively comfortably.
I did also end up getting a pair Danner Pronghorn Snake boots.
This was due to how good the sale was on them. I didn't like these as much, they would be good for hunting. These have some insulation in them so it would not be comfortable doing any work in the heat with them. They are zip up so easier to get on and off than the San angelo. These did not seem as well built as the San angelo.
