What's the general feeling about them? I just got a 716 and am in bad need a good muzzle brake. I like AAC's brakes but don't really want to get a can from them so I was leaning toward an AAC brake and a Saker with the 51T adapter. Then a friend suggested a Dead Air brake/ can. I really like the look of their stuff and I really like the fact they're a local company. What's the word?

The muzzle brake is awesome, very well thought out and functional. The way the mount works is rock solid with 100% repeatability. The cans sound great, the Sandman S a superb can if you're planning on mostly running 556 and occasional 30 cal. If you shoot more 30 I'd go with the Sandman L to get a bit quieter.

What's the difference with the Ti? Other than I'm assuming the use of Titanium in it somewhere. Do you guys have any of their brakes in 5/8x24 right now?

Right now the Ti are direct thread only, so if you plan on running a brake, then the "L" or "S" are you only Dead Air options.

The TI is direct thread and uses a titanium tube vs stainless tube. Still has interchangable end caps. Yes we have 5/8 and 1/2 dead air brakes in stock. $99.99.

As far as hard DB numbers, I can't recall off the top of my head. I've heard and shot them both side by side and the both sound amazing compared against cans of similar size.

Tried finding the mounts on the website but had no luck... Maybe I just missed them. In need of a 1/2x28 for the can I have in jail with ya'll
