Yup, and many folks (including myself) refuse to buy from them now after their shameful anti-gun/anti-freedom actions in Illinois. Had been planning on an XDS but no more...

Both companies claim their lobbyist took action without their knowledge, and against what they would chosen to do if they had been informed. They fired the lobbyist, and came out strongly against the bill.
Not sure they deserve anybody's scorn for that.
I've never owned a Springfield that didn't perform above and beyond my expectations. I have no issues with them
