Decent 9MM price at Wal Mart

Was in WalMart in Opeleika Alabama today and spotted a 100 count box of 9MM Federal 115 gr FMJ for $19.97. When I got back to my town(Lagrange) I stopped off at the Wal Mart and sure enough, $19.97 for 100. Plus tax and it's about 21-22 cents per round. Nice price for the ease of just picking it up, no ordering, no waiting.

Can't say I've ever had a problem with WWB, but I like that the Federal is cheaper and comes in trays rather than just loose in a box. Plus, the bullets are just prettier.

Eh, to an extent. Federal is just better fit & finish overall. I mean, cheap ammo is cheap ammo. Cheaper ammo that looks better is just icing on the cake.

Judging by the shape and size of the box these aren't in trays either.

Thanks for the heads up. I pick up 6 boxes of Federal every week, saving on target ammo is always a good thing

The federal ammo is junk in my book, doesnt make power factor for USPSA and is inconsistant as all get out.
