Deer hunting with an air rifle?

Have any of you seen or used one of these? Airforce Texan SS Big Bore integrally suppressed air rifle. No NFA since it is not technically a firearm.

Seems pretty interesting, but I assume you wouldn't want to reach out much farther than maybe 50 yards?

My cousin has a .25 cal air rifle that he has killed pigs with. He has to fill it with a compressed air tank. Silent Head Shots at night allows him to lay a few down before they roll out. I don't know the specs but is a pretty pricey rig for an air gun.

Yeah, the price would likely keep me from getting one, but in the .45 configuration it seems like a viable option for deer hunting.

I know for a fact he has more than 1k in it.
It is deadly. You could almost buy 2 ODT Glocks for that.

but only if they don't have that "custom" stipple, then it might be an even trade
