Deer jerkey

hey guys. Anyone know where I can get a deer made into deer jerkey around Gwinnett county? Landcasters doesn’t do it any more

speaking of Lancasters.....They have had my deer 2 1/2 weeks dang it.

ever tried making your own jerky? Just get the deer processed into roasts and do it yourself. It's pretty easy. I've done them in the oven before but I use my smoker now

It's a bit of a drive, but try Apple Valley in Jefferson. They are a phenomenal processor. I take all of my deer there. And their jalapeno cheddar slim jims are amazing. I haven't had their jerky yet, but the deer I took last week I am having them do that.
