Deer or large cat?

looks like a big cat to me I got a photo of one in Westminster SC two years ago only 11 miles out of Ga.
Looks exactly like this to me:
Is this in GA? If so, what region of the state? No need to disclose exact location, just general area.
I looked at pics of big cats online, and it made me think is was a deer with a stick in the background. Notice how long the tail is in your pic, and that it curves? Starting to think it was probably just a deer. I would like to think it was a cat.
Could be but looks canine to me.
Ever watch a cat when it is easing up on something it is not sure of? Tail goes straight as an arrow. Also, The deer in the other picture look much taller. Could be wrong obviously but it looks like a cat to me.
