Anybody on here have any experience with refrigeration or dehumidifiers? Have one under my mom's house that's freezing up solid on the top portion. Crawl space is encapsulated, but contractor was a jackleg.
Low freon? Not enough circulation? It is a relatively new unit and good operating condition otherwise.
