Delta Team Tactical taking orders for FRT triggers

I don't know what happened but DTT is now taking orders for FRT15L3 triggers now for sale for 549.00. I am not sure how the old ones worked but this one has three settings like the binary triggers do. I am not spending that on a trigger but I wonder how they are skirting the ATF in this deal.

I am familiar with the injunction a Texas Judge put out but that was only for Texas and two associations. So I am not sure what changed but they do have a list of States not eligible for purchase. Weird how things like this work out.

ATF seems to be soft-pedaling anything against forced reset triggers because they probably won't be able to stand up in court after the SCOTUS bump stock ruling. Another case was denied cert because there hasn't been any real enforcement actions against FRTs.

You're right though that the ruling was very narrowly defined, so anything is possible going forward.

I got ya. The ATF had been stepping way over their boundaries there for a minute. So we are bound to see some other things loosening up as well.
