Desktop Deals?

Anyone see any screaming deals on desktop PCs? (I definitely want windows 7, not windows 8-that just looks like a pain to use with a mouse.)

Take a look at the black friday ad scans. Best Buy has one for 349. I think Office Depot is running some for 259 and 369... tower only. They arent power computers that are setup for things like video editing or gaming but for a general PC they'd be just fine

I had to replace my wife's desktop last week. I got Asus quad core at Walmart on sell for $350. Good quality and speed for the price. There will be some great deals on Black Friday, online and in stores.

Dell has a site where they auction off-lease desktops and laptops.
Some "Blazing" deals can be found there ... if you know what you are doing and are patient!

I am mainly looking for something with Windows 7, 8GB, and such.

Might just wait, but I am planning on getting something with windows 7 on it before they become old hat. I don't like the looks of Windows 8 for a conventional PC with a mouse. It is radically different, and while it looks nice for touch, I doubt the mouse experience with all those tiles, and charms and crap would please me.

Not sure exactly what you're looking for... but I got a really nice Dell laptop from their outlet website earlier this year. It was about half price and came with the same warranty as a new one (this one was what they call "certified refurbished"- all parts with any marks or problems were replaced).
