FWIW, Dillon spray is better in my opinion. It last a long long time, and is not aerosol, so there's much less waste.

Also, there are online recipes for lanolin and Isopropyl alcohol, which is what Dillon case lube spray is. Much cheaper if you load a lot.

Oops, I was reading late and on my phone. I saw One Shot and thought of the One Shot case lube.

For cleaning dies, I've only used some carb or brake cleaner and after wiping it out and giving time to evaporate, hen a shot of spray case lube back in it to get things slippery again, and back to reloading. In 20 years of reloading, I've only needed to clean dies a few times, and mostly after a stuck case from too little case lube.
