I agree with most, but just get rid of the "sporting" verbage (or adjectivage) instead of trying to reclassify or justify it. It's unconstitutional and criminally restrictive. If 2A mentioned sporting, I could see it being an issue, but it's origin goes back to 1988 restrictions on importation rules, so just
