If y'all were closer, I'd have sure shared some with y'all! It's super easy to make and it makes a huge pot! We'll have leftovers tomorrow night...and it's excellent!
Grab a box of this stuff, cut up potatoes and carrots and boil until done. I chop and sauteé onions. Slice or cube chicken, pork, or beef and fry until cooked. Add the onions, meat and curry to the pot of potatoes and carrots and mix it all up. (I did pour some of the water out before I added the curry to keep it a little thicker)
I make it as simple as possible by using gold potatoes and I don't peel them, and I use baby carrots so I don't have to cut them up.
