U6 Shrimp with some Old Bay on the grill, chicken breast with some Weber hamburger seasoning, onion and cheese sausage, Irish bangers on homemade mashed potatoes and homemade onion gravy. Got a little tub of Blue Cheese potato salad to try...very strong but good! Cut up some different colored peppers and sautéed them with some olive oil, salt, onion powder and garlic powder.
Sauté a bunch of thin sliced onions in some butter, 6 cups of beef broth, 3 cups of red wine, S&P. Reduce it down to desired consistency, I added some cornstarch and water to thicken it up some. Homemade mashed potatoes with some mustard powder thrown in. Man!
