Looks like that will be good. I had roast, roasted carrots, mashed potatoes with gravy and green beans tonight....yum.....

picked up some collards this morning, at the Roswell Farmers Market!!
They are/were beautiful!!

on the Okra - I have over 100 plants each year
slice long ways add salt, pepper and cheese
in the toaster oven
I also do them like Jalapeno Poppers with bacon

Nothing special on this one.

1.5 pounds ground venison and 1/2 pound ground pork

2 Alarm Chili Kit

2 cans of fire roasted rotel

sub 1/2 cup of water for red wine, and eyeball measurements for some franks redhot sauce, ancho chili powder, chipotle chili powder, smoked paprika, and a small amount of cumin.


I taste it occasionally to add or counteract as it cooks. Never turns out the same but never turns out bad

I like mine over some buttery white rice anyone else like it that way?
