Whoa there CN, don't be giving our men in blue any ideas . If an officer sees that you are carrying (not hard to do with some jokers) is there any law that says he can't legally stop you and ask to see your CWP? Just askin' .

He can ask; i can refuse. Anything that happens after that is up to courts and jury

Complain/Report Folks ; if an LEO is acting outside their power. Eventually they will get booted. They'll take up residence in another city/county but if they continue their course...you may see them working at Home Depot

Not true, they usually dont get booted. And if they are about to get fired, they change departments (fox5 or wsbtv just did a report on the terrible officers within clayton county school police or something)

Or Look into the rampart scandal; and thats just the ones that got caught

Rafael perez was a piece of **** who mamaged to get hired by lapd; spent a decade with them assisting the blood gang, framing other officers, and stealing

A: No. HB60 codifies that no law enforcement officer may detain anyone solely for the purpose of determining if they possess a GWL. As with any detainment of a private citizen, the officer must have reasonable articular suspicion or probable cause.

I believe it. All i know is the LEO we had to deal with here was gone after I spoke with the Captain about what had happened.

It's amazing how our perceptions can be so different. I see the general public, my fellow man, as good people and do my best to warn them of the states extortion traps. Others see the general public as violent criminals, and the extortionist as the good guy.

We talk a lot about entitlement on this site and while i know there are good Cops (3 DTF officers live less than a mile from me....Awesome folks) there are some that hide their fury,insanity,fear, etc&etc behind that Shield and sometimes take it out on the innocent thus the entitlement to be a .............. This would apply to people in general except these guys and gals took an oath. I'm out ; I still feel most speed traps are for revenue
