Do your part to educate and convert!

If you want to compare individual anecdotes, I bet I can give you a lot more that went the way we want than you can that didn't. Also, even if you could show 10 people that were taken shooting that didn't change their vote to every one I can show that did, that means I'm making a 10% conversion. I'll take that every day all day.
OK. Perhaps I just assume liberals aren't as squishy on their allegiance as you've found. I've run into a few that are open to shooting (and have gone). I've yet to run into a single one that changed their voting habits because they went shooting or had conversations about guns or liberty. Again, I'm talking about ADULTS (kids I'm sure are salvageable).
We have gun owners on this very site that voted for Obama and Hillary. Perhaps they just needed a trip to the range with you to get them to stop their destructive and anti American voting against the most important freedom we have?

If you've turned a liberal VOTER into a pro-2A voter, you need to be on the NRA's board of directors. I'm writing you in!
LOL! That would actually delegitimize me in their eyes before I ever got the chance to convince them. With most of these people I already have their trust before the subject of guns ever comes up.

No. I'm not. I'm talking about people that I have ongoing relationships with that I am absolutely sure are now voting pro 2A.

Whatever you're waiting for, the wait is over.
Could you get them to sign up for the site? I'd love to hear their stories (and voting records).

We are talking about LIBERAL voters... or at least I have consistently been. Yes I suppose if there is some political hermaphrodite that is clueless about the realities of the political assault on our freedoms today, then arming them might prove to result in a swayed vote.
I honestly can't think of anyone like that but I have no doubt in this TMZ = 'news' era of life, they do exist.
Dude, most liberal voters are liberals because they are "low information" voters. Give them more information and from a different perspective and many of them are ripe for change.

You keep saying that doesn't happen or is extremely rare. I've lost track of how many people I've converted from a liberal to my version of a conservative (which includes voting pro 2A) through the years, but I know it's at least ten. You can choose to not believe that, but it's a fact, brother.

I grew up in ny and used to be a liberal. Life lessons and good mentorship change a man.

I'm not going to "out" anyone, but I think you may have actually met one of them.

Edit: Hell, what am I talking about. I'm one of them! When I reached adulthood I was a liberal (my first vote ever was for Carter), but because I was exposed to logical conservative thought it opened the door to my own research into the issues and becoming an educated voter and a politically active Jeffersonian Conservative was then an inevitability.

I'm just going to send them to you then because I don't have the patience or ability (or both). A few weeks ago I was in south Texas visiting family. While there I went to visit a high school friend that just bought a 1,000 acre ranch. He's an avid hunter and has a REALLY nice place. He owns guns (obviously). Lots of them. He loves him some Obama and Hillary and voted accordingly. He's also an attorney. Perhaps I just need to debate him on the subject and show this very well educated 51 year old the error of his ways so he could see the light?
