Do your part to educate and convert!

No they don't. There is a small percentage of voters that are "on the fence". If you are ferreting them out, well done. The rest consistently vote one way or the other.

Would you consider the entire rust belt of blue states that turned red this year to be a small percentage of voters?

One thing I know is that consevatives are not going to outbreed liberals. If we dont inform and recruit new folks, then eventually we will be a huge minority. The more you open people up to the reality of 2a, the better it will be going forward.
Ya, we all (that can) need to get BUSY (Be Fruitful and Multiply , not fruity , Fruitful)!! Or adopt. Something?
I'll just wait for the first time someone comes on here and says "I took a liberal shooting. Now he's going to vote for pro-2A."
I'm not going to hold my breathe.
THESE ARE ADULTS (presumably)... they've already made an informed decision, and honestly, if they've traditionally voted liberal, I don't believe their mental state is such that I want to be around them while they are holding a loaded weapon.
I had a bad feeling Trump would loose to. Just saying , I know people can change, even though you make some strong points and I have the same feelings a lot (most) days. Prob shouldn't say.......but it's to late in the game to worry bout Luke Warm. I've carried a Bible since 2003 and seen a lot of people Change but Lord knows some never will. Throwin a little positive in the mix. I Hope. And I know bear .....we're talking 2A but reading the whole thread so far I see how so many things are intertwined (In my thoughts anyway)

I'm not paying for some retard Liberal to shoot my guns and ammo, they're liberals for a reason

There are very few people in the world who despise liberals or liberalism as much as I do, but even I can see that an effort must take place to obstruct the far left's perversion of our government and our people. We must curb their appetite for consumption of power at the expense of our freedom. I still believe that most average democrat voters are either uninformed or misinformed. Some are simply bat **** crazy, I agree, but even if we as a whole cannot convince the moderate lefties to commit to conservatism, at the very least we should make an attempt to pull their base more to the center/right. The Democrats, and especially their leadership, have taken a hard left turn in these past few years and pulled conservatives in their direction for many years. Enough of that. It's time to pull back to the right and convince their moderates that the far left, bat **** crazies have gone too far in their assaults on liberty and are nothing but a problem. Maybe then we will see Dems nominating more moderates who may still be wrong about economic policies, etc, but will at least be less intrusive on our liberties. I am ready to see far left Democrats complaining about DINO's instead of conservatives complaining about RINO's. That's the best I can hope for, and do not see it as impossible. Tough, yes, but not impossible. Much of it has to start at the grassroots.

They didn't "turn red". They voted for Trump. Big difference. And that actually brings up a great point. The rust belt has a high majority of 'gun loving' people living there, yet they have consistently voted for anti 2A politicians. They are a prime example of the illogical idiocy of liberalism.
Look, I'm not trying to discourage anyone from doing what they feel productive. Go for it. I've seen enough to know what is effective and what is the best use of my time. Obviously some of you are more effective than I (which is great) or have a higher tolerance for pain (which is also great). Trying to talk sense into an adult liberal about the reasoning behind the second amendment is an exercise in futility... regardless of how much fun they might have making gun smoke, for me. They have made a decision that the government is the answer to their problems and not the problem.
I wish you nothing but the best in your conversion efforts. Here's hoping you bat 1,000. :yo:

They voted for Trump, that is true. They also rejected the Democrats. Whether or not it was because of the 2nd is another story. I believe it had more to do with their jobs being exported and their voices not being heard. Whatever the case, we'll take it.

I know you're not trying to discourage our efforts, as futile as they may seem. I am certain that a 1,000 batting average is unrealistic. We're too far gone. As far as 2nd suppoters are concerned, I said what I think in post 104, and it is too much to re type. LOL
