Well, I finally got my tax stamp for the 22 suppressor, a mere 7 1/2 months later. Apparently, things took longer for me, since I am Hispanic. But at least I got it. Thanks to Dobbs Defense. Now I have yet another reason to head to the range this weekend.

Don't ya love/hate it when Dobbs will say something seemingly off the wall like ATF is taking longer to approve Hispanics, and you think to yourself that's ridiculous, then it happens?
Yup. Bryan warned me up front about the delay. When I called ATF in late July to check on the status it was "Pending", whatever that means.
I picked up my 22 can from Dobbs today. I mailed in the Form 4 on June 16th. Less than 4 months. I made it clear in my paper work that I am "non Hispanic/Latino." ☺☺☺!!

I just got a stamp through Dobbs. 4.5 months for a non Hispanic/Latino.
This is unacceptable! I'm called our friends at CNN, MSNBC, 11 Alive. Racism and rampant discrimination by ATF against Hispanic NFA owners! Waiting on a call back...
