I've always loved the movie Tombstone and I looked up the bio on Doc Holliday.
Interesting read and some of the movie follows it pretty closely.

My wife's family has some relation to doc Holliday. They were among the first mormons to move to Georgia and he's in the family tree some way. My wife's aunt had some kinda Mormon save his soul ceremony like 20 years ago. So he's in Mormon heaven or running a planet or something now.

Wyatt Earp is also a good movie. Probably more historically accurate depiction of Doc Holiday from what I've read.
