Anyone rebuild one of the 727's. I have a 77 w200 that's starting to slip and sluggish on startup. Thinking it's about time to rebuild.

When I was 17 I helped rebuild one from a 383 charger, good luck , I did have fun because hanging with friends in a garage and building stuff was one of the things we did in the 70s my charger had the 4 speed and it was much easier replacing that clutch and throw out bearing.
Best part my buddies dad owned the Pontiac dealership and we used his lift Friday nights Sat and sun. Those were the days .

Hell, you can do that yourself. That’s one of the easiest autos to rebuild, even for a novice.
Been looking at them. They do. Good option if I can't find the time to rebuild it myself.
