Does a ‘Cash’ offer outweigh a standard offer?

“Today cash” value is negated though if you list an item as “just testing the waters”.

I don't take any other payment. Unless some offers a trade well over the value of what I am selling that I can flip. Other than that telling me you have cash means nothing.
Now telling me you want to meet today at full price overrides all offers unless a deal has already been made. I cant stand someone that will make a deal and later say they got a better offer and sold it. At least give the guy you had a deal with know before you agree to something else. I have lost money on sells because I made a deal and stuck with it even after someone else may have come to me after the deal was made and offered more. A deal is a deal. To each their own but my word is worth more than a few bucks.
