Does a "WTB" Post count towards the 3 Listing limit??

As the Title states: Does a "WTB" Post count towards the 3 Listing limit??

I sincerely hope that this is not the case - but figured it wise to at least ask before I potentially use one of my three listings in a potentially less efficient manner...

Comments to the effect of "It's only a Dollar Man" or "Become a Supporter Dude" are a waste of your time and energy.

I couldn't find this answer through a search. Nor a brief adventure through the NewClassifieds thread

I already skimmed through the majority of the thread(s) on there and in the help forum. The "WTB" listing is the ONLY topic I don't see covered.
