Does Anyone at the CMP Answer the Phone?

They won't answer the phones on the days they're supposedly open. How would I confirm they're open and they have in stock what I'm looking for?

They are too busy shooting up all the surplus ammo to answer phones. Nobody can hear it ring around there anyway cause they are all deaf.

I was there Thursday and they appeared to be answering phones calls but they also seemed to be getting a bunch of calls.
