Does anyone collect old Georgia license plates?

Do we have any members who collect old license plates? Or know of a source for nice old tags? I'm specifically looking for a clean 1969 Georgia tag containing some of the following numbers:

I'll have to look...have several in the '60s but not sure about 1969. They are black w/white lettering correct ??

There was a guy I knew that was always at the Cruise night at Wendy's on the corner of Barrett Pkwy & Hwy 120.
He had over 7,000 antique tags most of which had never been issued. I had bought many from him to display on my classic cars over the years.
Haven't seen this guy in a few years
