I've had nothing but trouble out of em. Butler Creek hotlips feed better, even after they have a worn out tit.

Does anyone else think Ruger BX25 mags suck?

Never an issue here. BX-25 are the only ones I’ll own.
No problem in several that I have. They are long and obnoxious when attempting to shoot from the bench.
Shoot some graphite on the inner workings and run it a few times.

Same here, zero issues with BX-25.
What issues are you having?
take apart, clean them and no issues for me
I have Butler, and Ruger... Never 1 issue with the Rugers...
I've had many brands over the years and the BX is the main mag I try to keep on hand these days.
what kind of problems are you having?
the only other brand that I have considered were the full metal versions, Tactical Innovations or something? But they are like $60 each or something.

I have two never had any issues with them other than their size. Too long when shooting from a bench. I think the BX 15 would be better.
