Does anyone else think Ruger BX25 mags suck?

BX mags are the ONLY mags I’ll use in a 10/22

Used to call my 10/22 my "jam-o-matic". Jams and stovepipes all the time. So many that I put the gun in the safe. I did exactly what this guy shows in his vid. Never had another jam. 5 minute fix.

Alot of 10/22 jams start occurring after people swap out their barrels and have difficulty lining up the extractor perfectly into the extractor slot. It’s oversized so you can have some play up or down and the extractor will slide in but you’re asking for more issues if you don’t try to nail it perfectly. An extractor upgrade and inspecting your clearance in the slot has fixed many a “jam-o-matic” 10/22. BX mags can be maintained very easily as well. I recommend cleaning them every so often if you shoot a lot

Only time I have issues with them is when I try to use the mag as forward grip or bench rest.
