Does anyone have any experience with baby cockatiels?

Just got a little female to go with my 1 year old male lutino. She's a little sweetie but she is a little uncooperative when it comes to hand feeding. Any tricks to get her to eat better you guys know about?

Yep the syringe thing and food. The lady I got her from said about 4 more days of syringe feeding. She ate from the syringe great when I was at her house but isn't wanting to cooperate now. I did get her to take the syringe but with quite a lot of effort.

Maybe she just needs to adjust a little more to her new surroundings.
