Does anyone really...

carry their 200+ $$$$ microtech OTF knives or is this just one of those things you look at; oil occasionally, and buy cool accessories for like an AR or a Glock???
Asking for a friend....

Nope…. Old Buck, Gerber, Case, etc. for me.
I cant afford Microtech or any of those ”champagne and caviar” type of blades.
I use my knives.

I carry either a Benchmade Griptillian or a Kershaw Cryo 2. Not saying they're the best, but they've been great for me. About 8 years with the Benchmade. About 6 with the Kershaw.

Ontario Rat and/or box cutter. I would need to own about 5 Microtechs so I could keep sending them back to get sharpened so I do not void the warranty.

I carry whatever replaceable utility blade folding knife that fits easily in my pocket. Yes it's one of those banned and super dangerous "box cutters" but it's ok with me since I don't fly........
