Does this site ever ban members based on feedback?

I just saw an ammo thread where, out of 14 total feedback, eight were negative. EIGHT! 42% feedback. Does the site ever ban members, and if so, what's the limit? (One of the feedbacks said this guy was a member that was banned and signed up with a new name.) Also, what the hell is wrong with people that STILL try to deal with people with feedback like that?!?

This is why ODT has feedback. If one chooses to deal with a trader that has 42% neg feedback it speaks volumes about one's mental acuity. Caveat emptor.

Feedback is rigged like the City of Detroit...

Lots of dudes get negs removed for taking advantage of getting deals involved in Texts...

I text when I'm 10 min out from the meet. Get it all in PM and leave a negative that will stick if issues arise.
