Free doghouse:
I built this for doghouse for my daughters 50 lb dog. She decided to make her an”inside”dog. Good solid doghouse. Has exterior wood sheathing and asphalt shingles. It has two coats of clear lacquer on it.
I can load it on your truck or trailer with my bobcat loader.

In my part of the world a quality dog house like this would go for at least a couple hundred dollars. Don’t think too long cornholio because somebody will snatch it up.
