Oh yeah, to make it healthy, I melted a stick of real butter and poured it on top while it was cooking!

I have a huge pot of collards, a pot of pinto beans using the ham bone from Christmas(I don't really like blackeyed peas) and my version of a honey baked ham. And of course, a big pone of corn bread. This is the south, our corn bread is NOT sweet, by the way!
