It's heavy, ugly, and made by Century... and for some reason I want it. At $500 I would probably be in, mainly because Glock mag comparability. Not at MSRP though - can get an actual AK for less.

Century is only the importer, it's made by Cugir in Romania and since it's a pistol, there's no 922r or any American modifications

Does everything have to use Glock mags? It would look better if it used plain old stick mags like Colt or Uzi mags. Even MP5 mags would look better.

FINALLY! I've been waiting for a decade for an AK9. I would have bought the Chiappa Ak9, but that was (and still is) a huge failure of design with the Beretta or Glock inserts.

Like mentioned above though, not really interested at above $500. I'll wait a year for the PSA MP5. Actually since it's for a host, I might just not even consider this any more. I'll wait a year and a half and see what comes out better quality and reliably between the PSA MP5 and Century's AK9. But if someone runs a super cheap sale between then, I might jump in.
