Driver's license and GWCL

Why do so many of those here who choose to Market their firearms require somebody to show their driver's license and or their Georgia weapons carry license... you're not required by law to do so... so why would you... if you're out to save the world this ain't the place... and by the way I have both... and I did purchase a firearm here and was not asked to show either...

It's not about saving the world, it's about saving your own ass. I've only once asked to see a DL, it was because they showed up with a FL plate. I imagine others have had the same experience.

If you have nothing to hide, why not show these two simple items to prove your identity. Go over to your Local Gun Shop and try to buy a gun without them.
