"Knowingly" being the keyword there...
I have personally bought and sold hundreds of firearms to and from individuals without ever being asked for ID nor did I ever ask for ID...
Never had any repercussions from any sale... I've had a Georgia weapons carry license in this state for over 30 years... I don't break the law.... I know what works for me and the best you can do is what works for you...

Are you a dealer on here suggesting that individuals conducting a private transaction are required to check IDs?

A quick glance at a DL isn't a high level of assurance. To each his own.

Exactly. 17 year old kids going into bars everyday with fake ID .anyone that feels a CCW or DL is some sort of mental insurance to complete a firearm transaction is kidding theirself.
