Drones over ATL?

This one seemed to be fairly large. If I had not just happened to catch the movement I would have never noticed it. I did hear a few police helicopters south of the house, which isn't uncommon, but I would think it inherently dangerous to fly an unmarked drone or uav at night anywhere near ATL airport.
