All the below form 4s are on the same Dean Phillips trust. I called yesterday to check on my ones that haven’t come back yet.
2 efiled on February 9th. One came back on 7/20 and one came back yesterday 7/26. So 161 days and 167 day for approval.
1 efiled on January 24, still pending as of yesterday 7/26. 184 days and counting.
Also, I have 1 paper filed on August 19, 2021 and still pending as of yesterday 7/26. So 342 days and counting.
It’s like the lottery.

Talked to the atf nfa division this morning. Said they are "averaging 100 days at the moment." I'll take that with a grain of salt. Im at 92 days via trust.
That's what they told me. My experience, along with everyone at TPD, has determined that to be a lie.
I figured as much. My bday is late September. Maybe I'll get a present from the atf. This is my first suppressor and the wait is getting to me.
