Have you tried them? Do you think that they are worth paying twice as much as a regular plug?

They may be somewhat better only because they delay the wear somewhat due to the ground electrode design.
I very much doubt you will see any difference in performance.
Fine wire plugs supposedly offer the same advantages compared to standard plugs, at a cost differential of up to 10 times. I opt for the standard plugs on my equipment, but if you want them, I am happy to put them in.
If you want an increase in ignition performance, go to an ignition system that is a full 12 volts and allows opening the spark gap up considerably. That makes a difference.

Never tried them - I stick with the OEM stuff as much as possible. They seem gimmicky too me, but I could be wrong!
For a lawn mower sure , anything other then lawn equipment nope
