Cant eat that all yourself. Whens it gonna be ready?

Today I'm using hickory. I rotate between oak and hickory for ribs and use apple for butts. Low and slow at 225 and spritz with apple cider vinegar mixed with olive oil every 45 minutes. Wife will handle the beans and corn. I'll post picks of the finished product later on.
