Off work - Spyderco Endura Clipit 50/50, Streamlight Stylus Pro AAA flashlight, Echo Tactical pen with carbide glass breaker, KelTec P3AT with spare mag (Remington FMJ ball ammo), Victorinox Executive (because I'm a hangnail picker too - also for more discreet cutting chores), Apple SE phone.
At work - Same Spyderco, Streamlight too, Victorinox, Leatherman Super Tool 200, pocket Constitution and Declaration of Independence, leather pocket flip note pad, a bunch of keys, Apple SE. No guns on Fed property.

You should consider a 357sig KKM conv barrel for the 27, allot more punch than a 9mm

Do ya carry a g42 and a 19 and both with spare mags on you at same time? If so, both iwb? 42 in pocket?

Yes. I do. Do you consider non lethal force multiplier such as oc spray? Chances of needing spray for situations may arise that would be considered excessive force if ya brought a firearm into the picture. If ya carry all that gear, i woulf have a non lethal option as well. YMMV
Although I've trained with OC I don't carry it on my person. If one was to deploy a firearm in defense but didn't use the less lethal means first that was on their person, it might easily be argued in court that a deadly force encounter could have been prevented. I consulted several attorneys that deal exclusively with self defense cases. I do however keep Bear Repellant in my vehicle in case I run into unfriendly crowds.
G19 is dominant side 3 o'clock. G42 was typically cargo pocket weak side. Something for each side in case a particular arm was hemmed up in hand to hand or injured.
