I got 2 pending, sitting at about the 4 month mark right now

I'd rather just start over and do the 3 weeks online

I just did it as an individual. And yes you have to mail in the prints with the cover letter and mail the CLEO notification as well.

A good friend or mine just got back a form 1 he submitted for a shotgun build on 10/5/2018.

Wow, that's more like it. Just goes to show you how broken the rest of the system is, if they can knock out Form 1's in under 3 weeks.
