Has anyone been contacted to finalize their form 4 w/ new acct info and pin number by their dealer so it can be submitted? Or did you call them with your new info?
From what I understand it’s current pending submissions that need that info.
I talked to silencer shop, apparently they have to get in touch with your dealer and there is some final step with your FLL you need to get through and then they submit the eform. Seems to expect those 90 days to start after the new year at the earliest
Seems to be a lot of confusion on who will actually submit it. Ive heard on reddit that we will have to go back in to our dealer to manually enter our pin to certify it. Dealers think silencershop will submit but SIlencershop says the dealer will be the one to submit the form, but they are updating another one of their systems to help w/ accuracy and to make the process more fool proof for dealers. Either way, sounds like a lot more work on the dealers end. They are supposedly demoing their new efile dealer program now with select ffls now...but until then, everyone is kinda in the dark.
