Didn't even make the nat'nl gnus because... a middle aged pop star also died...
I actually saw it on a lot of news outlet. Because gunz do mass muders.
The follow up drugs, cartels, and cockfighting was buried so all people remember is a psycho with guns on the loose.
News is reporting a cartel angle now. Evidence must be overwhelming, they cannot explain it away, and deny the problem as they usually do.
Unsure if any of y'all are still following this story, I missed this thread when the murders took place.
No spoilers but it doesn't look like the cartel was involved. This could be from a child custody battle, as stupid as that sounds.
I've been following a podcast covering this for the past couple of years and the first person accused is on trial at this time.
