Electronic gun safe? Are they reliable?

My winchester safe had keypad failure after a few years and multiple moves. I replaced it myself with a better digital lock and it works better than ever with no issues. Every time I press a button, it works. The old one had problems from the very beginning with detecting some of my button pressing, should have tipped me off. Fortunately it fd up on me after I already opened the door, so no locksmith needed to come out... Just paid for a little odt safe guy advice and got it done!

Push in and bump the handle the opposite direction. Mine gets like that sometimes when something is against the door and binds the locking bars slightly.

Well I jinxed myself on that one. My just tried to open the safe and it's not responding at all. Put a new battery in and that didn't work. Do I have to replace the lock? Anybody know? SafeCracka SafeCracka any ideas?
Take the battery out, push and hold a button on the keypad for a few seconds, reinstall the battery try again.

Make sure the battery is an Alkaline battery and preferably Energizer or Duracell.
