Electronic gun safe? Are they reliable?

I’ve had a cheapie cannon from academy for a few years. Open it at least twice a day, typically more. I replace the battery every year on my birthday.

It’s a very very simple bypass to break the lock and gain access and a sign of a very cheap lock

Anyone have issues with em not opening or malfunction and what not. Kinda like the idea of non electronic but it seems all the safes I’ve seen in ads have digital keypad
