Yep. He has a calendar that gets sent home with him everyday that either has a smiley face or a note on it for the day. And I've always let him know when he's doing good and making us proud. Today he came home excited to tell me how good he was and he got a smiley face. So I'm thrilled today. TBH, this is generally the norm.
